Moldavian Dragonhead Flower

Rob (PHH)

Name Ingredients:

The Moldavian Dragonhead, otherwise known as Dracocephalum moldavica is a plant that grows bright purple flowers. The plant is most commonly harvested for its leaves, which possess antioxidant properties, and while its flower may share some benefits, there is no evidence to support this.

Key insights:

  • While there is evidence to suggest that the leaves of the Moldavian Dragonhead plant have antioxidant properties, which might be beneficial for hair growth, there is no in vitro, in vivo, or clinical data to suggest that the plant’s flower has any beneficial effects on hair follicle growth.
  • Our experience tracking members: Moldavian Dragonhead Flower is not enough to improve hair growth outcomes.
