Histamine

Matthew (PHH)

Histamines are amino acids that come from a precursor amino acid called histidine. While histamines are critical for maintaining normal physiology, they are also linked to an array of inflammatory responses – particularly allergenic responses. Preliminary evidence also suggests that histamines may be linked to both androgenic alopecia and alopecia areata.
